♡ So as most of you know, my name is Marissa. And I thought that I would give you 10 random facts about me, so that maybe you can get to know me a bit better ♡
 
♡ 1 ♡ I would have to say one of my most favorite people in the world (besides my family of course) is Ross Lynch : D although I have yet to meet him or see R5 in concert he seems like one of the most amazing people ever and it would be amazing to have the chance to meet him...and it doesn't hurt that he is absolutely adorable hehe.
♡ 2 ♡ The beach is my favorite place to be, even though I don't get to go as often as I would like. I would also love love love to learn how to surf !
♡ 3 ♡ I am a total sucker for things with cute names. Especially nail polish. It's a problem. haha
♡ 4 ♡ I love music...except for that scream-y stuff or hardcore rap ! And I am currently in the process of learning how to play the guitar * woot woot *
♡ 5 ♡ Cupcakes are my favorite. Well, lets face it, dessert is my favorite : )
♡ 6 ♡ I would love to visit Australia, just to visit the beaches alone. It is so gorgeous there and I would love to travel the entire continent.
♡ 7 ♡ At the moment my biggest summer style inspirations are Eleanor Calder, Maia Mitchell, and Selena Gomez. But, I am always on the look out for new inspiration and it changes a lot !
♡ 8 ♡ I have had "22" by Taylor Swift and "How Ya Doin" by Little Mix stuck in my head for the past couple of weeks. Oh, and "Want You Bad" by R5 and "Come and Get It" by Selena Gomez ( :
♡ 9 ♡ I am a movie junkie! I love all type of movies, except for maybe horror which are probably my least favorite.
♡ 10 ♡ I am super (SUPER) afraid of any bug that flys. Yuck!
 
Well, I hope you guys like this for a change! I am trying out some new challenges which should be really fun! I am super excited. Oh, and I hope you guys like this set as well. I tried something new, and not sure how much I like it yet, but I thought it would be fun to keep changing it up! So probably for the next day I will be back to normal( :

Why hello there : )
{insert long rant about why i haven't been on in ages} haha i'm afraid this time, i really don't have much of an excuse at all. Not that i am abandoning Polyvore, because I still love it, but i am just trying out some new things ( : which is quite fun actually !

Woooohhooo ! I finally got a Perrie set up : D I know I have put up several Eleanor sets {mostly because i adore her style} , but never a Perrie or Danielle which is quite weird as both of them are very lovely also . A N D i quite like Little Mix's music, except that i don't think it is out in America yet ... if it is and i just missed it someone let me know so that i can get their cd right away : ) Hopefully if you guys like this one, i can do more like this of Perrie, Danielle, and Eleanor {or of anyone else you would like} . If you have any suggestions please comment, because i have been getting very stuck on ideas lately : /

As you can probably see this set is for the Victorias Secret Pink Contest; "PINK Spring Break Style Off!". I absolutely adore all of the new spring break/summer clothes and accessories from VS PINK, they are just too cute and it would be amazing to win this contest! So, I don't normally ask this of you guys, but it would mean the world to me if you could give this set as many likes as possible and if you could ask you friends to as well( : I really hope you like it too! !

Valentines day is coming up, and i think that it's such a fun day to show the special people in your life just how much you love them. Even for those of us, like me, who don't have a valentine this year, its still the perfect day to show your friends and family some love and to most importantly love yourself.
Here are four different outfits that i think would be lovely for valentines day and i hope that they give you all some inspiration!
The first look is sophisticated, but flirty and i think is kind of a fun way to dress up on valentines day without being over the top. But, you could always throw on a sparkly dress and some red lipstick and look just as amazing! The next outfit is more low key, and simple but still bringing out the valentines day look. I really loved the high waisted shorts and the heart sunglasses!! The third outfit is for those of us who don't have a valentine this year and will be staying home, eating chocolates and reading tons of magazines haha but, who still deserve to look cute, right? So a cute pair of pj shorts and a cozy sweater, are absolutely perfect(: The last look is for the girly girl, and is a casual look for going out with your firends or on a casual date.

Oh, hello there, everyone! Long time no see( : I know that I haven't been on here at all lately, mostly due to life being a little crazy, and not only that but when I have it's been a quick hello and a random set. This set of Cher Lloyd, I made quite a while ago and have been meaning to publish it, but I've never been satisfied with it, I decided though, that this kind of symbolizes what I have been thinking lately. Nothing is ever perfect, and sometimes you just have to put yourself out their despite those little imperfections. So I hope you like it( : I am looking very forward to this year, and I am hoping that it will be an amazing year for everyone. I am so excited for summer and for all of the amazing things to come. This year my biggest, i guess you could call it a resolution, is to think less and worry less. I am the type of person who over thinks everything and I found in 2012 that it was holding me back from doing a lot of the things that I wanted. So this year, I am going to try to not over think, and to do things more spontaneously and to just be happier and to have more fun than I ever thought I could. : D
I also have been a lot more into fashion and beauty lately. So this year I am hoping to expand on my personal style and explore new fashion. I love being inspired by different people and I have already been loving looking at peoples style and gaining inspiration from it.
Music was also really big for me in 2012. I have discovered so much good music, and as you might not know, I love music a lot and new music is really exciting for me. Some of my favorites from 2012 were "It's Time" - Imagine Dragons, "Ho Hey" - The Lumineers, anything Cher Lloyd or One Direction, "TroubleMaker" - Olly Murs, "Get Out" - Casey Abrhams and so much more that I can't even begin to tell you all, as those were just a few random ones that popped into my head!
I am also loving the movie Pitch Perfect...Aca-Believe it...haha have any of you guys seen it? IT is one of my favorites along with Aquamarine, which although didn't come out in 2012 is still one of my favorite girly movies!
Well this is getting really long, so i might make this into 2 sets and maybe create a tag or something about favorites of 2012( : Thanks for all the support ,despite my being gone, and you guys are all amazing!

Here are four looks featuring Winter Knits:) The first is a chunky sweater with red skinnies for a pop of color and gold ballet flats (with bows on them!!). The second is very similar look just with berry colored heels as the pop of color in the look. The third is slightly more girly with the skirt, but also has an edge with the studded combat boots. The final look is completely girly, with a fun dress and a neutral cardigan. For this wear of the week I tried to be more versatile with the looks and make some of the looks more girly and some not, and also to make some of the looks have accessories and some not, and finally make some looks with flats and some with heels because I know that not everyone has the same style and the same taste!
So I hope you are all doing well and I hope that you like the set!!!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! I know that it's a little late, but hopefully you all had a lovely day with lots of friends and family and tons of delicious food! There is so much to be thankful for and I love having a day to just think about what you do have for a second, and ignore all of the stress and things that might be not so good and focus on all the amazing things in your life!
